How do I access my products after purchase?

1) Immediately after purchase on the Thank You page, you will see a button to access your content.

2) You will be sent an email with a link to access your content to the email you entered for the order within a few minutes of payment. Please check your junk/spam folders, as well as the email entered during checkout, and then reach out to our team to further troubleshoot any delivery issues.

3) By logging into your customer account and going into the MY DOWNLOADS tab at the top.

4) Through our order lookup page using your email or phone number, and order number that can be found in the order confirmation email.

Do my purchases ever expire?

Nope, they do not.

What is the refund policy?

Since the majority of our products are digital, we cannot track whether someone has downloaded the asset before asking for a refund. Therefore all sales of digital products are final. If you have any issues with a physical product that was shipped to you, please reach out to our customer support team.
